Industry focus: Refining & petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, power, and energy.

• Provide full-cycle pre-sales technical support, including on-site requirements assessment, process pain point analysis, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
• Develop solutions tailored to plant conditions using APC, alarm management, OTS, PID loop performance monitoring, real-time optimization, and other industrial process automation software.
• Independently deliver product demonstrations, functional tests, and solution designs to support quotations and bids.
• Apply industrial AI approaches, including machine learning, mechanism modeling, data fusion modeling, soft sensors, process prediction and early warning, and intelligent agents.
• Propose applicable AI scenarios and implementation roadmaps aligned with customer production processes.

• Hands-on pre-sales or implementation experience in refining and petrochemical APC projects.
• In-depth expertise in at least two areas: APC; plant-wide alarm management, suppression, and root cause analysis; OTS; or PID loop monitoring, diagnosis, and tuning optimization.
• Pre-sales or technical liaison experience on overseas projects.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and an understanding of the business value of deployable industrial AI applications.
• Fluent spoken and written English, including reading, with the ability to discuss technical topics with overseas clients and interpret technical manuals and international project standards.
