Industry focus: Process industries preferred, including chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pulp & paper, and power.

• Work with sales teams to understand customer needs through technical workshops, site surveys, and feasibility studies, and translate requirements into technical specifications and proposals.
• Design end-to-end solutions using SUPCON’s DCS, PLC, SIS, SCADA, APC, and industrial software.
• Support sales opportunities with customer presentations, demonstrations, solution proposals, and technical clarifications tailored to SEA customers.
• Prepare clear, accurate system architectures, design documents, proposals, manuals, and training materials aligned with SUPCON standards.
• Develop technical sales strategies with sales teams, share market needs with product teams, and provide input to product roadmaps.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to confirm solution feasibility and reduce implementation risks.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical/Control Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation, IIoT, or digital technologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with DCS, SIS, PLC, and SCADA, plus knowledge of industrial protocols and control engineering fundamentals.
• Strong presentation and customer communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate across multicultural SEA teams.
• Fluent English required. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore.
• Preferred: Experience with IIoT platforms, data acquisition, and OT/IT integration aligned with ISA-95, plus familiarity with Industry 4.0, edge computing, and smart factory deployment.
