1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [website URL] and any content, forms or materials made available through it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by SUPCON, No.309 Liuhe Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, China, 310053 ("SUPCON", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms do not govern SUPCON products, software, platforms or professional services. Those are supplied under separate written agreements, and where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for that subject matter.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for business and professional use. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that, where you act on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Permitted use

You may view, download and print material from the Site for internal business evaluation purposes, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

You may not:

  • copy, republish, distribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission
  • modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Site content or code
  • use automated tools to scrape, harvest, index or mirror the Site, except for search engine crawlers operating in line with our robots.txt
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system
  • introduce malware, or interfere with the availability, integrity or security of the Site
  • use the Site or any contact details published on it to send unsolicited commercial messages
  • misrepresent your identity, your organisation, or your affiliation with SUPCON

We may suspend or block access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and all content on it, including text, images, graphics, diagrams, videos, software, layout and design, are owned by SUPCON or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

SUPCON, the SUPCON logo, STEP, and other SUPCON product and programme names are trademarks of SUPCON. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any SUPCON trademark without our prior written consent. Third-party marks appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Product and technical information

Product descriptions, specifications, performance figures, case studies, project counts, deployment figures and similar information on the Site are provided for general information only. They are not warranties, representations or offers to contract.

Specifications and availability vary by region and may change without notice. Actual performance depends on application, configuration, environment and integration. Before making a purchase or design decision, confirm current specifications in writing with SUPCON or an authorised partner.

Forward-looking statements about technology, capability or strategy reflect current expectations and are not guarantees of future outcomes.

6. Enquiries, partner applications and submissions

Submitting an enquiry, a STEP partner application, or any other form on the Site does not create a contract, partnership, distributorship, agency or joint venture. SUPCON evaluates applications at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to accept any application or to give reasons for a decision. Any partnership takes effect only under a separate written agreement signed by an authorised SUPCON representative.

If you submit ideas, feedback, suggestions or materials through the Site, you grant SUPCON a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential or proprietary information through Site forms. Anything sent through a public form is treated as non-confidential unless we have a signed confidentiality agreement covering it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and confirm that you have the right to share any third-party information contained in it.

7. Third-party links and content

The Site links to third-party websites, including regional entity and partner sites such as [supinco.com]. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control third-party sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or practices. Access them at your own risk and under their terms.

8. Export control, sanctions and lawful use

SUPCON products, software, technical data and services may be subject to export control and sanctions laws in one or more jurisdictions. You agree not to access, use, export, re-export or transfer any Site content or SUPCON technology in breach of any applicable export control, sanctions or trade law.

You confirm that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of any person or entity located in or organised under the laws of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a restricted or designated party under any applicable sanctions list.

9. Anti-bribery and business conduct

SUPCON conducts business to high ethical standards and expects the same of the parties it engages with. You agree not to offer, promise, give, request or accept any improper payment or advantage in connection with SUPCON, its personnel, its partners or the Site.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPCON disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Nothing on the Site constitutes engineering, safety, legal, financial or regulatory advice. Do not rely on Site content for the design, operation or safety of any industrial process without independent professional verification.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPCON and its group companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, production, business or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use the Site, whether based in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to the Site is limited to [USD 100 / the amount permitted by applicable law].
