Lead on-site and remote robot integration, focusing on ROS/ROS2 software and system architecture.
Configure navigation maps, SLAM/localization, and interfaces with WMS/MES/ERP, PLCs, elevators, access controls, and other on-site systems. Build automation workflows using Finite State Machines (FSM) or Behavior Trees.
Provide L2/L3 support for software, network, and integration issues. Diagnose navigation, communication, and performance problems using tools such as rosbag and Wireshark.
Handle escalations from on-site engineers, lead root cause analysis using methods such as 8D and 5-Why, and work with R&D on permanent fixes.
Monitor fleet uptime, scheduling efficiency, and battery health. Develop optimization plans, diagnostic tools, and scripts to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
Train customers and regional partners on operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and prepare technical documentation, guides, and manuals.
Share customer requirements and product improvement feedback with R&D and engineering teams.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in robot software development, system integration, or technical support. Automation or logistics industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in Python or C++ and a deep understanding of ROS1/ROS2, including node development, message interfaces, and system integration.
Familiarity with MQTT, HTTP, gRPC, and similar protocols, with third-party SDK/API integration experience and the ability to debug across software, network, and hardware layers.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe, up to approximately 70% of the time.
Preferred: Experience with PLCs/HMIs and WMS/MES/ERP integration, Docker deployment, and collaborative front-end/back-end development.
Preferred: Knowledge of Model Predictive Control (MPC), Whole-Body Control (WBC), and multi-sensor fusion using IMU, LiDAR, cameras, and similar sensors.
Preferred: Familiarity with Git and software testing frameworks such as Google Test.
